Caddell, Huseman Earn Bosch Power Pass Awards for Crandon
CRANDON, Wis. – Andrew Caddell ran a race for the ages at Crandon International Off Road Raceway in the season-opener for the Traxxas TORC Series Presented by AMSOIL on Saturday. Not only did he win the PRO Light race, he set a new track record for the fastest lap with a run of 1:26.744 and he earned the Bosch Power Pass of the Race award when he passed polesitter Marty Hart early in the race.
The award, given to a PRO driver after each round, was given to Rick Huseman in the PRO 2WD class after he advanced from fourth position to the lead in only two corners on the restart after the competition caution.
Caddell and Huseman both receive the Bosch Power Box 360, a music machine that isn’t your average boombox. Inside its rugged aluminum and rubber roll case, the 360 packs full 360-degree speakers for all-around sound, a weather-sealed media bay for an iPod, a powered USB port for charging cell phones, MP3 and WMA support for the SD card slot, external auxiliary ports, a built-in battery bay for either charging tool batteries or powering the Power Box itself, an illuminated LCD display, and a remote control for cranking up the music while cranking up the saw. It’s the perfect sound system for the worksite and its toughness represents the hardcore attitude of the TORC Series’ drivers.
