Red Bud Motocross Park, MI (July 6, 2008) – Off Road superstar and 6-time champion Johnny Greaves showed up at Red Bud Motocross this past weekend to show the Motocross crowd what his Monster Energy Potawatomi Toyota 4X4 CORR Racing truck could do to a motocross track.  Greaves got the 4th of July weekend crowd “hot as a firecracker” during opening ceremonies when he hit several Jumps, including Larocco’s Leap. 

“I am a motocrosser at heart so this is a real treat for me and my Monster Energy Potawatomi Toyota team to be able to be part of such a prestigious MX event like Red Bud,” stated Greaves.  “Joe Parsons and my friend Mitch Covington put this thing together and it was a blast!” Greaves continued.

The crowd really enjoyed it and was astounded to see Greaves even attempt the fabled “Laracco’s Leap.”  First off, Greaves hit a big jump to get the crowds attention and then pointed to the big jump.  The crowd swarmed Larocco’s leap to watch the feat.  Greaves signed autographs and talked to the huge array of MX fans about the CORR series and short-course off-road racing sport. 

“A lot of the crown already had been watching our CORR Races on NBC and SPEED but many more had not seen it and were planning on tuning in,” said Greaves. “This seemed to really fire them up.”
