Casey Folks Hints at New Event

Las Vegas, NV     August, 2007

Amid rumors that a new racing event is about to be announced by Best In The Desert, Casey Folks was quoted, “I have been working for more than a year to announce a ground-breaking new event. It will be held in eastern Nevada, and will take place in October of 2008.”

When prompted for more information, Folks said, “Full details will be available most likely at our TSCO “Vegas to Reno” contingency and driver registration on August 23rd. Racing through some of the most scenic country Nevada has to offer, this will be an exciting event for racers and spectators alike, with several new and challenging twists to be included in the course.”

Folks continued, “With the miles of red tape it takes to create a new venue, it’s been years since a new course has been announced. Our goal was to enhance the off-road racing world with an entirely new 300-mile off-road adventure - and this event will achieved that. The American adventure continues.”
