JD Films and Race-Dezert.com Kick Off Their New DVD, Desert People - Checkpoint Six

May 15, 2008 — JD Films and Race-dezert.com are excited to kick off their new DVD, Dezert People - Checkpoint Six, with a premiere tour beginning at the Moviemax Theater in Carlsbad on May 21, 2008.  Other locations include Costa Mesa, Mexicali, Las Vegas. Scottsdale, Lake Elsinore, Ensenada and San Jose.

DP - Checkpoint Six features former WRC Rally champion Armin Scwharz, BJ Baldwin, Chad Ragland, Jerry Whelchel, Trophylite and many more.  Also, check out insane highlights of CORR short course racing, as well as highlights of the Dakar Series in Central Europe.

May 21st, Moviemax Theater, Carlsbad, CA.   Showtimes are 8pm and 9:45pm.  Indian Jones plays for the first time that night at midnight.

Just added, the Totally Off-Road Radio show will be at the Moviemax live at 6-8pm.

May 22nd, Shark Club in Costa Mesa.  21 & over.  Doors open at 6pm, DVD plays approx 8 - 8:30pm

May 23rd, Mexicali at the CODE night race contingency. Showtime 9pm.

May 24th, Fred's Tavern near the Orleans in Las Vegas.  Showtimes, 7pm & 8:30pm.

May 25th, Cine Capri, Harkins Theater in Scottsdale AZ.  Showtimes, 7pm & 8:30pm.

May 28th Lake Elsinore at the Trevi Entertainment center.  The Totally Offroad Radio show is from 6-8pm and DP6 will play after that.

May 29th, Papas&Beer, the night before the Baja 500 contingency. 8pm.

June 7th, Coach's Sports bar in Campbell, CA (San Jose).  7:30pm, all ages until 9pm.
