Johnny Greaves took his Toyota Tundra around
the Crandon International Raceway in fine fashion as he
captured three victories in two days of racing in Eastern
Wisconsin.
Crowned the Crandon Brush Run Champion here
on June 25, 2006 after gunning down the nation's top teams,
Greaves held nothing back in his final charge to victory.
Charging from way back in the field Greaves
mashed the pedal of his race truck in his final bid for
a triple-victory in the first Crandon race of the 2006
season.
Greaves told DirtNewz, "I knew I was
making up time on each lap and we calculated that we should
be in a passing situation around the fifth lap and sure
enough that's when we had the chance to get around Scott
Taylor. Wow, winning all three races in the same weekend
is something that I might not ever top again. Many thanks
to all my sponsors and my crew as well for prepping the
best race truck in the dirt."
