PRIMM, NV (November 3, 2007) –In yet another wild race, Monster Energy's Johnny Greaves came to the Vegas with one thing in mind...and that was to win and win big. Greaves told the DIRTnewz crew early Saturday morning, "We're here to win and win big...it's Vegas Baby!"

Pulling out all the stops on the track, the #22 Pro 4 took advantage of a miscue by Amsoil's Scott Douglas in turn two and never looked back. Douglas came through the big bump section at top speed and lost the handle in turn two forcing him over the top of the turn and down the embankment allowing Greaves and Baldwin to move by him.

Josh Baldwin and Greaves never checked their rear view mirrors and soley focused attention forward. Baldwin and Greaves battled lap-after-lap before he took the checkered flag. Baldwin charged hard and was on the bumper of Johnny Greaves. On the podium Greaves said, "Baldwin ran great today and I'd like to see him win, but we can't give it to him. He's close to getting that win and I'm happy to see him race at the front of the pack."

Rick Huseman, driving the #36 FABTECH Pro 4, was on a mission as he's set some of the fastest laps of the week during practice and qualifying. He had an issue on lap two in turn two and ran off the course and over the back of the embankment sending him to the back of the pack. With time to make up, Huseman ran his truck as fast as he could and was making up some serious time on the leaders before he entered the big bump section. Huseman's #36 Pro 4 front bumper caught the uphill of the next bump and that sent Huseman spinning wildly through the air before coming to rest just passed the last bump. Huseman smacked the dirt track violently with the front end, which was characterized by Cameron Steele and others as one of the hardest impacts we've seen at CORR all season long. After a few tense moments, Huseman dropped the window net and waved to the crowd signaling that he was okay and suffered no injuries. With the field frozen, the entire course went to a full course yellow flag as they cleared the track to allow the final two laps of CORR Pro 4 racing.

With two laps to go, Greaves bolted to the front to capture another victory for the Monster / Potawatomi / Toyota Pro 4.

PRIMM, NV (November 3, 2007) –Rob MacCachren jumped to the front of the pack early taking the lead from Carl Renezeder, Jerry Whelchel and Ricky Johnson to capture the win. Rob Mac lead from wire-to-wire to take the victory. Full story to come later.

PRIMM, NV (November 3, 2007) –Rob MacCachren started from the back of the field and rallied all the way to the front in the 11-lap Super Buggy race that saw over 30 cars take to the dirt. Driving his AlumiCraft single-seat Super Buggy, Rob Mac did what he does best and took his Menzie Motorsports sponsored car around the track like no one else in his run for the checkers here today.

Aaron Hawley, Doug Fortin, Larry Foddrill, Jake Capriotti and Larry Job rounded out the top finishes Rob Mac is scheduled to race in the upcoming Pro 2 race and took advantage of the pristine track conditions to weave his magic through the field to take the win.

Eary in the race there was carnage among the field as a handful of trucks got together in the second turn slowing the back half of the field. That didn't stop the winningest off road racer ever, Rob MacCachren, from securing yet another victory.

Rob Mac commented on the podium, "This one is for the Sea of Red - Menzie's Motorsports. We have big plans for next year."

PRIMM, NV (November 3, 2007) –Robert "Fig" Naughton cruised around the race track as Kyle LeDuc battled with Rodrigo Ampudia, Garrett Wallace, Liam Odonnell and Javier Sacio in that finishing order. Although Naughton claimed the championship, LeDuc charged the Rockstar Pro Lite through the field enroute to a great victory placing the #99 back on top of the podium once again.

But the story all week long has been the domination of the field by Robert Naughton. All he had to do here today was to get out on the track and run around and that's what the racer known as "Fig" did today.

With this victory, Naughton give Maxxis Tires their first championship in CORR.

PRIMM, NV (November 3, 2007) –After a full season of Championship Off Road Racing, the final qualifying race of the season is nearly upon us here at the Primm race course. This afternoon, Pro 4's and Pro 2's will battle it out at the same time for the final spots for Sunday's cup race.

PRIMM, NV (November 3, 2007) –The first pro race of the weekend kicked off with excitement as Cory Boyer jumped to the lead at the start and never looked back taking the win over John Fitzgeral, Andy Anderson and Bryce Menzies. Boyer, one of three Boyer's racing in the single-buggy class, rallied his single-seat silver car to the front early and mashed the pedal while forcing the rest of the field to chase him.

At the mandatory yellow caution flag, Boyer continued his dominance once again jumping out to a lead and never looking back. Bryce Menzies, Bryan Freeman and Andy Anderson all made valiant charges but were unable to catch Cory Boyer. John Fitzgerald had the best chance at running down Boyer but his laps times were just too consistent.

Fitzgerald posted the fastest lap time of the race at 1:08:252 besting the field, but Boyer's 1:09:050 was good enough lap after lap to get the job done.

A huge field of 35 single buggies took to the track and only one buggy driven by Michael Notary failed to finish the race.

PRIMM, NV (November 3, 2007) –Saturday morning's practice at the Las Vegas International Raceway at Primm went off with a big bang as MONSTER Energy's Johnny Greaves and FABTECH's Rick Huseman ran the fastest laps of today's morning session.

Both trucks are supported by Toyota TRD Factory Support here at the track and they did not disappoint their fans as the two Toyota's were the class of the field.

Toyota TRD Engineer - Randall Speil told DIRTnewz staffers, "Both Johnny's and Rick's truck are producing 650 horsepower in the Toyota TRD V8 engine. We have worked very hard on this motor package all season long and we feel that we have put together a great powerplant. Toyota TRD power has won 7 of the 13 poles so far this season and that makes us very happy."

Greaves crawled out of the driver's seat of the #22 Toyota TRD / Monster Energy / Potowatomi Casino sponsored race truck beneath the black and green awning smiling and asking, "How was that?"

"We've dialed in the suspension to perform throughout the entire track. I can run any speed through the big bumps depending on the traffic so I think we have it ready to go," commented Johnny.

PRIMM, NV (November 3, 2007) –Fabtech's Rick Huseman set a torrid pace captivating the crowd when he set the fastest qualifying time during Friday's session. Driving the #36 FABTECH/Toyota TRD/Toyo Tires Pro 4, Huseman blasted through the massive bumps in the infield nearly unfazed as he drove to the top position among an elite field of Pro 4 racers.

Huseman told DIRTnewz afterwards, "I had a good run and the truck really worked well. Toyota TRD has provided some incredible power. This new track is very fast and wide open and its going to be a battle to the end."

Huseman enters this final weekend of CORR Lucas Oil Racing as the number one qualifier for the Jason Baldwin Memorial Cup finale, which will kick off on Sunday afternoon.

PRIMM, NV (November 2, 2007) –Lonsdale Trucking/ Fabtech sponsored Jeff Huseman ran strong for the first few laps of qualifying today in his Pro-Lite, but coming thru the rythm section he took himself for a wild ride. Although not finishing his final lap he qualified third, only a few seconds behind championship driver Kyle Leduc. Papas & Beer young gun Rodrigo Ampudia qualified first in Pro-Lite, hoping to get a jump on Robert Naughton. Naughton has been on a winning streak this season, and Rodrigo Ampudia is fighting his way to the top.

In Pro-2 Carl Renezeder took the fast lap, followed closely by Rob MacCachren and Jerry Whelchel. The Pro-2 race is sure to be a close call as these three top racers are all in the top three chasing towards the 2007 CORR Pro-2 Championship.

Rick Huseman proved that he has what it takes to run up front this weekend as he captured the fastest Pro-4 lap during Friday's qualifying. Rick is only a few points behind Carl Renezeder in the chase for the Pro-4 Championship and will start in the front. Scott Douglas, Johnny Greaves, Josh Baldwin and Carl Renezeder round out the top five of Pro-4 qualifying.
