Pro-2 Points Finale-

- Jerry Whelchel Clinches the Pro-2 championship as the sun set in Primm, NV. It was Whelchel and Renezeder on the front row, side by side for the first few laps until Carl Renezeder rolled in turn two. Carl was on his side waiting for course workers to roll him back on his wheels. It took them a while but they finally got him back over, he ended up a lap down and all Whelchel had to do was finish in front of him to take home the championship. That's just what Whelchel did, pushing hard to the end and landed third on the podium. Todd Leduc pushed hard and captured second in the points race and fifth in the season.

After having some problems in the Cup race, Rob MacCachren won the 2007 Pro-2 Season Finale here in Primm, NV. Rob pushed hard the entire race and never looked back once he was in the lead.

Pro-4 Points Finale-

- Pro-4 racing is about to begin for the final rounds of the 2007 CORR Lucas Oil season. We just got an update that John Marking is in stable condition and will remain at University Hospital to under go a few more tests and x-rays.

Final Rounds of Pro-Lite Racing-

- Pro-Lite action is green flag fender to fender here in Primm, Nv.

- Rockstar's Kyle Leduc and Rodrigo Ampudia were on the front line but Leduc got in front and is holding a strong lead

- Garrit Wallace made his way past Ampudia and the three are fighting to get around lapped traffic of

- Garrit Wallace lost second place as he got sideways and went down the side of the big table top

- Kyle Leduc continues to lead with Ampudia right behind him

- Marty Hart making a big effort to land on the podium here for the first time, he's chasing down Ampudia and Leduc

- Ampudia gets by Kyle Leduc

- Robert Naughton hanging out in the middle of the pack, he's cruising around the track having some fun as he already clinched the Pro-Lite Championship

- Madatory caution is out and the running order, Ampudia, Leduc, Marty Hart, Jeff Huseman, Casey Currie, Robert Naughton, Federico, Chad Hord

- Kyle Leduc falls off the pace and is having problems with a wheel

- Jeff Huseman rolls his truck off the burm in turn two, that turn is nothing but trouble this weekend

- Rodrigo Ampudia and Marty Hart are neck and neck with two laps to go, Naughton fighting for one more win to add to the record books as he's running in third

- Naughton making his way into second place and trying to put the moves on Ampudia

- Naughton makes the pass and starts to pull away from Ampudia

- Marty Hart leads with one lap to go and will take his first win here in Primm

Super Buggy Finale-

- John Cooley rolls on the first lap of Super Buggy racing, CORR officials calling for a red flag restart

- Yesterday's winner Rob MacCachren trying to make his way to the front of the pack from 11th position

- Rob MacCachren in third only a few seconds behind the leaders of Davis & Forton

- Rob MacCachren moves into second place in his Menzies' Super Buggy

- The leaders are getting into lapped traffic and it's going to be Doug Fortin, Rob MacCachren and Larry Fodrill fighting for the win with two to go.

- MacCachren and Fortin switching it up and trying to get around lapped traffic, side by side Fortin almost throws it away but saves it

- MacCachren takes the lead with one to go, only a few car lengths in front of Fortin

- MacCachren takes the Super Buggy win

Jason Baldwin Memorial Cup Race-

- The Jason Baldwin Memorial Cup race was off the hook as the drama unfolds here in Primm, Nv. Rob MacCachren led over half the race until he spun out in turn two falling behind and finishing fourth in the race. Johnny Greaves made his way from an unbelievable last place all the way to the front and got taken out by Carl Renezeder on the last lap. Johnny finished right behind Renezeder with a left rear flat and was definatey the crowd favorite.

- For the win it's Carl Renezeder, followed by Johnny Greaves and Josh Baldwin.

-Trucks being pulled back onto the course.

- Johnny Greaves took the fence out in front of the entire crowd here at Primm, somehow his truck is fine and he's made his way back into the lineup. CORR officials are now taking the trucks off the field while they attempt to mend the track.

- Under caution it's Rob MacCachren, Johnson, Leduc, VandenHuevel, Renezeder, and Coyne

- It's Todd Leduc fighting with Dan Vanden Huevel for third

- RobMacCachren pulls away from the field as Ricky Johnson passes Todd Leduc for second

-Johnny Greaves spins out in turn four and loses his third place position, now in last place trying to catch up to the back of the pack

- It's Rob Mac and Todd Leduc who started in the third row side by side on the restart

- Curt Leduc got lapped and pulled off the track and into his pit, he now made his way back to the track and ready for the restart

- Scott Taylor pulls out of the hot pits and off the track, he's out of the race

- Troy Herbst out with a blown tranny & Scott Taylor pulls into the pits under the caution

-After two laps a mandatory caution and they're calling a single file restart it's, Rob MacCachren, Todd Leduc, Ricky Johnson, Dan Vandenhuegel, Greg Adler, Rick Huseman, Jerry Whelchel, Jeremy McGrath, Johnny Greaves, Travis Coyne, Scott Taylor, Rodrigo Ampudia, Alan Pflueger, Mike Oberg, Scott Douglas, Carl Renezeder, Tim Herbst, Ed Herbst, Josh Baldwin, and Jerry Daughtery.

- Just in from CORR officials they are calling a single flag restart because the track is too dusty!

- Todd Leduc makes his way into second only about 10 feet behind Rob MacCachren

- Rob MacCachren gets by him as he goes off the side of the burm

- Taking the holeshot for this years second annual Jason Baldwin Memorial Cup Race is Jerry Whelchel

Jason Baldwin Memorial Cup Race-

Corr has made some last minute changes, during the Jason Baldwin Memorial Cup Race the Pro-2's and Pro-4's will now be mixed up with each other. Previously the Pro-4's were planned to start 1/4 mile behind the Pro-2's, but will now be mixed in with whole field. The latest word from CORR is that if a driver gets lapped they must immediately pull off the track and take themselves out of the race.

PRIMM, NV (November 4, 2007) –John Marking driving the #6 Viejas Casino/ Fox Racing Shox Pro-4 rolled his truck hard off the big table top here in Primm during qualifying. John was running hard and his front bumper caught sending him flying thru the air, end over end. It looks like John will be okay, but he went to the hospital just for precautionary reasons. We will be bringing you updates on how Marking is doing throughout the day.

PRIMM, NV (November 4, 2007) - Menzies driver Bryce Menzies is leading coming into the 7th lap, with teammate Bruce Fraley right behind him.

- It's Bryce Menzies and Cory Boyer neck and neck with two laps to go.

- Cory Boyer takes the lead in front of Fraley.

- Boyer pulls away from Menzies and Fitzgerald moves into third in front of Menzies with one lap to go.

- Corey Boyer captures the final win here at Las Vegas International Raceway at Primm, NV, followed by Bryce Menzies and John Fitzgerald.

 

Rick Huseman Qualifies 1st in his Fabtech Pro-4 After Horrendous Crash During Yesterday's Race

PRIMM, NV (November 4, 2007) –After a violent crash during yesterday's Pro-4 race, Rick Huseman and his crew worked overtime last night trying to get this winning Pro-4 back on the track for today's racing action. Rick's crew went above and beyond the call of duty and gave Rick a great package for today's race as he qualified first with a time of 52.28 and set a record to beat for this new track at Primm, Nv.
