November 12, 2008 — The KC HiLiTES enLIGHTen program is for any Baja 1000 racer that needs help with their lighting during the Baja 1000 race.

At this year's Baja 1000, Cameron Steele’s Desert Assassins ( who recently switched to KC) will help man a special pit to be set up next to the Yokohama Tire pit at approximately RACE MILE 337 in the Chanate Wash. It will be manned by technicians to assist racers with lighting problems. Got light wiring problems, they'll chase down the circuits and fix it. Got a busted or burned out light, regardless of brand, and they'll replace it with a KC. Just look for the signs leading into the pit and the KC HiLiTES easy up.

KC has been supporting off-road racing and Baja for over three decades and this is just another extension of their commitment to the racing community.
