FOX Racing Shox DOMINATES CORR Primm Las Vegas Round 3 Capturing WINS in ALL Pro Classes
Led by Pro 4 Racer - Johnny Greaves, Pro Lite Jeff Kincaid and Pro 2 Ricky Johnson - FOX Racing Shox separates champions from the rest of the field
PRIMM, Nev. (May 17, 2008) —CORR Racers equipped with FOX Racing Shox dominated the race course today like we've not seen in the past. Every Pro race and the single-buggy race was won by drivers utilizing the latest in advanced racing shock technology and today it shined through.
Starting with Menzie's Motorsports single-buggy racer, Bryan Freeman, the win streak began early under very hot weather conditions here on the Southern Nevada desert floor. Freeman, an experienced winning desert racer put his keen skills to task as he went after the win early in the day using FOX Racing Shox.
Immediately following the Freeman single-buggy victory, Rob MacCachren took to the dirt in his Menzies Motorsports Pro Buggy and captured yet another victory along with taking FOX Racing Shox to the top. Rob MacCachren said, "I've won many championships on FOX Racing Shox and the plan this year is to do the same. FOX Racing Shox works closely with many racers and they provide us trackside support tuning and providing any components we may want to change. FOX Racing Shox is one of the reasons that I'm able to run my Pro Buggy as hard as I do."
Once the Pro buggy race concluded, CORR opening ceremonies commenced the Pro 2 field of nearly 25 trucks took to the track and Red Bull's Ricky Johnson, driving the Red Bull / Barlow Motorsports Pro 2 equipped with 3.0 Triple Bypass FOX Racing Shox, out dualed the entire field to take the win in the challenging Pro 2 class.
Multiple-winning CORR Champion, Jeff Kincaid, pulled out onto the track and fought off the top five Pro Lite racers who all were equipped with FOX Racing Shox. Kincaid just beat out the 2007 CORR Champion, Robert Naughton and Mexico's Papa's N Beer racer, Rodrigo Ampudia. In fourth was FOX racer, Chris Brandt and Nissan/UPR Racing Supply sponsored Todd Cuffaro...all FOX Racing Shox supported racers.
Topping off the perfect day was the Monster Energy Pro 4 racer, Johnny Greaves, who patiently waited for the right timing to charge to the front and take the overall win beating out a couple other FOX Racing Pro 4 sponsored racers including Amsoil sponsored Scott Douglas and Red Bull's Steve Barlow.
Greaves commented, "Big thanks to John Marking and the entire FOX Racing Shox crew for the support in our victory today. The #4 Pro 4 ran great today and we just had to wait for an opening before we could make the charge. We've working very close with John Marking and Todd Tenbroek in setting up this truck and once again we have made it better than ever. The truck worked very good in the big bumps today and we made the run and got the flag. We'll be charging hard tomorrow in search of the double up victories."
