POISON Spyder’s Rockstar Dusenbery Runs Wild at 2008 XRRA Season Opener-Takes 2nd!
Carnage Crew Holds Nothing Back in Top Finish Dominating a Strong Field of National Rock Racers
CORONA, Ca (March 26, 2008)– Aaron Dusenbery arrived to the 2008 XRRA season opener in Moab, Utah this past weekend with one thing on his mind, ready to run wild in the first race of the season. Dusenbery did not waste any time in his quest for the top spot as he let his single-seat Carnage Crew custom buggy fly through the air and bash the rocks without regard for man and machine.
Carnage Crew Team Owner, Kim Dusenbery commented, “I’m guessing he’s been dwelling on this first race throughout the entire off season and there was no doubt that he was motivated to the extreme. He abused that car more than ever before and although I’m not entirely surprised that we didn’t suffer any damage, we definitely have to go through this entire chassis, suspension and drive train when we get back to the shop.”
The ominous flat black and bright orange paint scheme is one-of-a-kind and is often admired by fans and racers alike. The rocks and hills of Moab were no match for the single-seat race car as they competed against 40 plus teams in the run for the checkers.

Held in conjunction with the 2008 Easter Jeep Safari, the season opener of the XRRA set in motion what is expected to be an exciting rock racing season of the nation’s top drivers all letting it hang out in their hopes to capture victory.
The Poison Spyder Customs sponsored rock racer had no problems throughout the single-day event as the Subaru powered race vehicle was pushed to the limits.

Aaron explained, “It’s just time to step it up and take no prisoners. The plan this year is to run harder than we ever had before and push the envelope. Trust me when I say this is only the beginning.”
The Denver, Colorado based race team is slated to race the 2008 XRRA West Series as well as selected events throughout the rock world. They are also slated to race in the newly debuted King of the Hammers Series in early 2009.
