Rock Runner Racing Climbs Their Way to the Top at W.E.Rock Cedar City
June 23, 2008 - Brian Errea and Joachim Schweisow are the team to beat on the rocks this season .With back to back Grand National Championships Errea and Schweisow have made a name for themselves and the Rock Runner Racing Team.
Leading after Day 1 in Cedar City, Utah the duo raged forward on Sunday holding nothing back. The team rolled thru the 10 point bonus gate with no problems and made into the final shootout. With five out of six of the teams in the shootout being Twisted Customs rigs the team knew that they had to have a flawless run in order to hold their lead and come out on top.
As Errea rolled thru the starting gates he knew he had to score less than 17 points to maintain his lead. The previous teams had trouble with a huge boulder that was hanging them up but Errea flew right up it. As Brian and Joachim set up their Twisted Customs Rock Rig for the third set of gates they rolled down the bonus line and landed on ALL FOUR WHEELS! Brian gased thru the exit gate and was able to hold onto his top spot and claim victory for Rock Runner Racing.
